До тех пор, я переехал в Россию, где я прожил 13 лет, я там бывал 77 раз, начиная с января 89-ого года. Как человек, который люблю Россию, да, Я переживаю ради обычного русского гражданина при санкциях. Моя теща еще там. НО, извини, из-за этой несправедливой войны, невиноватых Ураинцев убывают каждый день, миллионы из них надо было уехать из страны. В отличии от Русского народа Украинцы реально страдают. Patrick, Are you kidding? Nice job of parroting current Russian Government propaganda points. Yes, the conflict could have been avoided. Russia DID NOT have to invade Ukraine. Russia is NOT a great civilization right now. Russia has contributed much to the world: Literature (Pushkin, Tolstoy, Bulgagov, and many others), Classical Music, Ballet, Exploration of Space, etc. At the end of the day, this conflict was triggered BY Putin and his desire to subjugate Ukraine and keep it from moving closer to the West. Putin doesn’t fear NATO Expansion, he fears Ukraine joining the EU. Can’t have another neighboring country possibly having better infrastructure, a better economy, and more personal freedoms. Especially a country with an extensive, intertwined history. Hopefully, someday this war will be over, Putin will be gone, and the next Russian leader will want to bring Russia back into the fold of civilized nations. Maybe Russia can have a government that doesn’t think it’s ok to invade a neighboring country and commit war crimes.
