Transcript packs shall mean a package (.zip archive) of PDF transcripts for Russian With Max’s YouTube videos.
Lesson Packs shall mean an archive containing PDF-files, audio or\and video files related to the Russian language learning.
“The membership program” is a paid membership service provided by Russian With Max via https://www.russianwithmax.com.
Payment and refunding policy
We do not accept personal checks nor money orders. Payment must be by bank card or Paypal only.

Excessive refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.

100% money back guarantee covers price of the Audiobooks only for 30 days from date of purchase. If a mistake happened and the user was charged twice, the company will issue a refund.
Lesson Packs

The membership program subscription
“The membership program” monthly subscription can be cancelled at any moment. Termination of access to paid content will be terminated at the time of cancellation of the Monthly subscription. 100% money back guarantee covers price of “The Membership program” only for 30 days from date of purchase.
